The "Design Apartment" is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, Great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, grocery stores, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.

The top floor apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. At disposal of the apartment a private terrace fully equipped with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals and relax with partial/side view on the sea and Ibiza Old Town. The apartment has also access to a private solarium on the roof terrace with design sun loungers by VONDOM. Air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, Wifi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. 4 people can sleep in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms) and there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only at 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand), no car hire is necessary. Free Public Parking Spaces on the street around the Building.

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
