The Glamorous Penthouse is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: grorcery stores, luxury shops, Talamanca Beach, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car) to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila. The taxi stand is next block. The fully furnished penthouse is composed of a large suite (bedroom and sitting area) with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, wardrobe and two private and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces where it's possible to relax, enjoy your meal 'al fresco', or sunbath.

Infact, on the roof terrace the brand new solarium is equipped with glamorous and cozy sun loungers by Vondom. Both outdoor spaces have (partial) stunning views of the sea, Ibiza old town, harbour and talamanca. Double bed or 2 twin beds, if required. The apartment is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: grorcery stores, luxury shops, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria del Mar, Harbour Club, B-For) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise!

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
